8. REVOCATION OF CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING.

For this purpose, they must submit a written request to the person in charge of personal data processing, either by mail or via email to the address previously specified. The request must include at least the full name of the data subject, their CURP (Unique Population Registry Code), phone number, and email or address for communication. The Responsible Party will have a maximum of 20 business days to respond to the request and will inform the data subject of the corresponding procedure.

We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time. Such modifications or updates will be made to comply with applicable laws or jurisprudence, as well as for operational, administrative, technical needs of the company, and market practice requirements.
